Timing Issues

In-stock orders
All orders are shipped within one business day, when the products are in stock or are produced in-house. This excludes major weather interruptions. If you have an emergency, call and we’ll help however possible.

Out of stock orders
If a product you ordered was not in stock when your order was received, it will be shipped the same day it is received by our warehouse. It may take up to ten (10) business days for backorders to arrive in our warehouse.

Mixed orders
If you ordered multiple items, whatever items are in-stock will ship immediately, while the remainder of your order will ship once received by our warehouse. If  USPS Priority Mail shipping was chosen on the original order, Christwill reserves the right to ship backordered items by a downgraded shipping method.

At this time customers located outside of the United States will be refunded for any items which are not in stock at the time of shipping.

Shipping Services

We offer media mail and Priority services from USPS. Live rate quotes and estimated delivery times for various services offered by these carriers are offered during checkout for your selection. While you may select a particular carrier and service, on occasion, we may actually use an alternative where we see an advantage for you.

If your items are strongly timing or tracking sensitive, we encourage you to use Priority.

International shipments are also shipped using the United States Postal Service.

Common Shipping Questions

When will my package arrive?
The United States Postal Service make no guarantee of the delivery date on any package. The estimated delivery time that they, and in turn we provide, is only an estimate. If you are tracking your order, and it hasn’t moved in 4 days, please contact customer service.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you’ve received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you’re still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call Christwill Customer Service at 1-866-600-2025 if you’re unable to locate an item.

Does Christwill deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take five to ten working days to deliver. However, Christwill cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders may require six to eight weeks of lead time.

Can Christwill use registered mail for my APO/FPO order?
Presently we do not offer a registered mail option for APO/FPO orders. We currently utilize only the standard service offered by the United States Postal Service to keep rates as low as possible.

Does Christwill deliver to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to PO Box addresses. PO Box orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take two to five business days to arrive if shipped via Priority Mail, or seven to ten business days to arrive if shipped via First Class Mail. However, Christwill cannot guarantee delivery time, and neither does USPS.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
Christwill may decide to package your items separately due to weight, size, or insurance concerns.

Are shipping costs cumulative for each item I order, or do they decrease when multiple items are purchased together?
When you order multiple items together, your shipping cost per item is usually reduced, according to weight, size, and insurance required. Simply place all items you wish to purchase in the shopping bag, enter your shipping address, and proceed to the shipping method screen. You will be shown various shipping choices based on available shipping methods for your address and order. You will have an opportunity to review and confirm final shipping fees before submitting your order .

Does Christwill ship internationally?
Yes, Christwill ships internationally. All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail International (where available.) If this service is not available in your country Air Mail will be used.

How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package?
If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-600-2025 within three business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact Customer Service within seven business days of not receiving your order.
