Christwill does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. However, if you pay to send the item back to Christwill, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge.
Download purchases which have expired cannot be renewed. We encourage you to download all files in your purchase as soon as they are available and check each one for integrity. To renew access to a download purchase that has expired please make another purchase of the item. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Shipped Hardcopy – Non-Refundable Return Policy
Accompaniment Track Hardcopies are not refundable and can only be returned within 15 days of receipt if found to be defective, for a replacement of the same item. Products covered by this return policy must be found to be defective. These cannot be exchanged for a different item, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

If you have received a defective item, please submit a support ticket or call Customer Service at 1-866-600-2025 for an RMA number. RMA numbers are required on any and all shipments into Christwill. Once you have obtained your RMA number, you can return the defective item to Christwill, and it will be replaced and returned to you at no charge. Be sure to indicate your RMA number on the outside of your package.
If you receive an item which was damaged during shipping AND you purchased insurance, Christwill will promptly send replacement products including an RMA envelope for the damaged product(s).
If your packages are lost in transit AND you purchased insurance, Christwill will promptly resend your order if the package cannot be located within 10 business days from the date you notify us that the package has not been received, or as soon as the replacement items are available. Please understand this timeframe is what our carriers require when insurance claims are submitted.
If you reject the insurance option at the time of purchase, Christwill will not be responsible for merchandise that may be lost or damaged in transit.
MP3 Downloads – Non-Refundable Return Policy
Accompaniment Track Downloads are not refundable unless found to be defective. These cannot be exchanged for a different item, and there are no exceptions to this policy. If you have downloaded a defective file, please follow all advice on Download Help. If you are still unable to receive a good file please submit a support ticket for an immediate online evaluation. If your Christwill representative verifies the bad file, he will offer to either refund your purchase or ship a hardcopy (where available; shipping fees may apply).
