We can issue you a store credit so you can pick up your CD the next time you shop. To receive your credit, please open a support ticket from here. Please include the order number that’s due a free CD and we’ll process that for you. Remember- we do not automatically add the free 7th CD. You need to put 7 CDs in your cart, and that 7th one is free. Also, the 7 CDs need to be in the same order, this is not cumulative over many orders.
Please be aware that if you order a hardcopy for your free CD, you are responsible to pay shipping. For that reason, we suggest that you bundle this with your next order and take advantage of our discounted shipping rate for multiple quantities.
